The reason Randy Orton didn't appear on WWE television this week, despite working the weekend non-televised live events is because if a collarbone injury he suffered during his match with Big Show on 6/10.On Monday's RAW, WWE pushed the idea that Orton missed the show because he was on vacation, with the mindset being that as a heel, it made more sense to portray the situation that way, as opposed to explaining that he was injured.
According to one source, Orton's injury isn't serious enough that he will be missing any significant time. In fact, he is expected back on television at next Monday's RAW in Cleveland.
